In order to enrich the corporate culture and enhance team spirit of the employee, DYS has organized the outdoor development training in the Hongqiwan base in Qingyuan from 27th to 28 th July 2019.
Activity 1 ( durm with ball)
-To improve employee’s morale and cohesion
-To understand balance and control, build up team relationship
- To establish goals and create effective teams
Activity2 (walking with board)
-To use the limited resource fully and resonablely
- Team dedication, leadership organizational skills
-Self-recognizing, rational division of labor and cooperation
- With good method, team will surely win.
Activity3 ( graduation wall)
-Team members to climb a high wall with 4.2 meters.
-Self-management and self-recognizing, the spirit of dedication
- Team collaboration and motivation
- Building an efficient team
At last, DYS had a photo together for memory, and this year is the 10th year of DYS, we keep doing our best and start again with new apperance.
